SCULPT ARTWORK · NOT AN ARTIST PORTRAITDoris Moyers-Hornbogen.
Doris Moyers-Hornbogen is the sculptor and artist behind DMH Sculptures, where original infant portraits, fantasy characters and life-sized silicone designs coexist with unpainted vinyl kits intended for other artists to complete.
Doris's official vinyl catalogue documents newborn and toddler sculpts including Kori, Kobi, Lennon, Elsie Anne and Maxan, alongside a fantasy-inspired LycanCub collection. She explains that much of her vinyl production is carried out by City of Reborn Angels in Australia and distributed through a network of international specialist dealers. The person sculpting the original and the company manufacturing the blank kit are separate roles.
Her studio also presents full-body silicone work. Some designs have been interpreted in different materials and others appear in painted prototype photographs. Reborna identifies kits individually and does not present prototype images as photographs of what an unpainted customer order will contain. The original site expressly warns collectors against scams and promotes authentic doll art.
