Find the original design
Match the sculpt name, original artist and edition details with the sculptor’s own website or established studio announcements. Similar names are not proof of origin.
Protect the creativity behind every original sculpt. Use this practical checklist to research genuine reborn kits, and learn about Reborna’s future certificate-verification service.
Match the sculpt name, original artist and edition details with the sculptor’s own website or established studio announcements. Similar names are not proof of origin.
Prefer the sculptor’s direct shop or sellers they identify as authorised dealers. If the seller is unfamiliar, ask the original artist to confirm their relationship.
Check edition information, packaging, mould marks and any artist-issued certificate. Copies of certificates can also be forged; no single photograph or certificate proves authenticity.
Concerned a kit might be copied? Check with the original sculptor before purchasing and share suspicious listings with them. Reborna does not knowingly promote counterfeit kits or copied designs, but independently verifying every third-party sale is not yet possible.
Enter the code concealed beneath the scratch-off panel on your certificate.
Once launched, the system will show the number of previous checks and their dates, without disclosing buyer identities.
Codes will only be issued through verified sculptor accounts and linked to a specific kit edition.
A valid code confirms that a code exists in the issuer's registry, not that the item in your hands is genuine. Repeated checks can indicate reuse or copying but are not proof of counterfeiting.
Artist onboarding, secure code batches and printable certificate exports are the next phase of Reborn's authenticity programme.
