1. About Reborna
Reborna is the operating name of reborna.co, an independent discovery and community website focused on original reborn sculpts, authorised manufactured kits, completed reborn artwork and specialist materials. In these Terms “Reborna”, “we” and “us” refer to the site operator. You can reach us at [email protected] or on our contact page.
These Terms apply to using the website, creating an account and participating in its current features. Our Privacy Policy, Cookies & Storage Notice and Community Guidelines give further details.
2. An independent editorial directory
Reborna aims to distinguish an original sculpt, an authorised manufactured kit and a finished reborn doll. Photographs, artist credits, product specifications, edition descriptions, availability and release information are based on sources we believe relevant but may be incomplete or change.
Inclusion in our catalogue is not a guarantee that a particular kit is genuine, available, approved by an artist or suitable for a particular use. A historic sculpt record does not imply a kit is available to buy. Please check information with the original artist or seller before relying on it. Corrections and attribution concerns are welcome at [email protected].
3. Buying, selling and outside websites
Products currently linked from Reborna are purchased from independent external sellers. Reborna does not presently take payments, hold money, operate escrow, dispatch orders, track external purchases or provide marketplace buyer protection. Purchases through outside retailers are governed by those retailers’ terms and applicable consumer law.
Hearts, self-reported “owned” collections, studio projects and private selling drafts are personal organisation features. They are not orders, reservations, verified ownership records, public listings or commitments to buy or sell. We will publish further buyer and seller terms before activating in-platform transactions.
4. Member accounts
When registering, use an email address you control and accurate account information. Keep your password private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate artists, manufacturers, moderators or other people, use deceptive usernames, create automated or fraudulent registrations or bypass security restrictions.
Roles such as “sculptor”, “reborn artist” or “supplier” are self-described unless Reborna explicitly says otherwise. They are not proof of identity, qualifications, authorisation or professional verification.
Public profile names must not contain hateful slurs, threats or explicit abuse. Community participation is subject to applicable safety and age-related safeguards. Reborna is not designed specifically for children; our assessment of age-access requirements is ongoing.
5. What members may share
You retain the rights you have in photographs, writing and other original materials you submit. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload them. You must give appropriate credit for the original sculpt and creators, must not present unauthorised copies or recasts as authentic originals, and must not falsely imply an official business or artist partnership.
By choosing to publish a post, reply or public profile photo, you give Reborna a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, display, format, distribute and moderate that contribution as reasonably needed to operate the relevant service. This does not transfer ownership of your copyright or grant us unrelated commercial ownership of your art.
Do not share others’ private information, private messages or protected content without permission. To report a suspected copyright violation, impersonation or inaccurate attribution, send the relevant link and supporting details to [email protected].
6. Respectful conversation and safety
Members may openly discuss techniques, quality, authenticity and experiences, and they may criticise individual products, manufacturers, artists and Reborna itself, provided they follow the Community Guidelines. Genuine criticism and disagreement are not, by themselves, prohibited.
We do not permit threats, harassment, unlawful hateful conduct, sexual exploitation, exposure of private identifying information, scams, spam, false impersonation, deliberate counterfeit promotion or content intended to endanger other people. We may limit, hold, remove or report content and suspend accounts where proportionate and appropriate.
Some public posts and replies undergo automated safety screening. Content flagged as potentially unsafe or uncertain can be held for human moderation. An automated flag does not establish guilt or falsity. You can report harmful content or appeal a decision through the available reporting controls or by emailing [email protected]. Please explain the concern and include relevant links where possible.
Reborna reports are not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency services.
7. Privacy and private workspaces
Account details and personal-data rights are explained in our Privacy Policy. Your wishlists, private project notes, unpublished selling drafts and private messages are intended to remain restricted to authorised users and service operations.
Do not use Reborna as your only store of irreplaceable artwork, purchase records or sensitive information. Browser-only guest favourites can be lost if browser storage is cleared before you create and sign into an account.
8. Service availability and account decisions
We may update, maintain, restrict or discontinue features for operational, legal or safety reasons. We aim to deal fairly and proportionately with member reports and account restrictions and offer a meaningful route to request review.
If you want to close your account, request a copy of your information or ask for content removal, contact [email protected]. Some material may remain where needed for safety, legal compliance, the rights of others or legitimate recordkeeping.
9. Liability and legal rights
We take care to maintain a helpful, accurate service but cannot guarantee that third-party product information, community contributions or external links are complete, correct, safe or continually available. Buyers should confirm claims directly with the relevant external seller or rights holder.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and non-excludable statutory consumer rights. These Terms are not intended to override legal protections that apply where you live.
10. Changes and enquiries
We may revise these Terms and indicate the new date when changes take effect. Material changes affecting account holders will be communicated where required. Questions, complaints or requests for legal-operator details can be sent to [email protected].
