SCULPT ARTWORK · NOT AN ARTIST PORTRAITSandy Faber.
Sandy Faber is an original doll sculptor from the Netherlands. Her love of babies and a creative family background inspired her to begin sculpting realistic infant portraits as a teenager, later developing the craft into her full-time work.
Sandy sculpts her babies individually by hand, aiming to give each face its own character and expression. Her official vinyl-kit collection names designs including Gracie, Vivienne, Emmelyn, Skylar and Kinsley, with international kit dealers linked directly from her site. The gallery is a record of original sculpt identities; it is not a live stock feed.
Her studio also works with soft, full-body and partial silicone. The distinction is particularly important for collectors: although many of Sandy's silicone babies are offered only as completed works, the sculptor separately identifies Bobby and Bodhi as available in original blank silicone-kit form. Reborna includes those blank kits but does not turn her finished-only silicone babies into supposed kit listings.
